Garlic Parmesan Wedges
Typically when I get home from work, its early afternoon and I usually want a quick snack before I start making dinner. Something easy is always my go to.
So today, I wanted to share with you this quick and simple recipe for a snack or as an addition to lunch. I actually made these with some fried chicken tenderloins and they went over great. If you need a recipe for fried chicken, refer back to my Red Velvet Waffles and Chicken post.
Lets get started.
You will need the following ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– ½ tablespoon of truffle oil (optional)
– 1½ tablespoon Goya Sazonador Total
– 3 large white potatoes, (cute into wedges)
– ½ tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
– ½ tablespoon season salt
– 1 teaspoon cumin
Preheat your oven to 400°
Wash and cut your potatoes in half, then quarters, then wedges.
Place them inside a large bowl and pour in olive oil and truffle oil. Mix well to make sure all wedges are coated.
Next, pour in your seasonings and mix well to coat all wedges.
Finally, pour in your Parmesan cheese and mix well to coat all wedges.
Line the wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
That’s it! Aren’t these simple and delicious?!
I hope you Enjoy!
Side Note: You can mix and match your favorite seasonings to make these different ways. One of my favorite is to add Old Bay seasoning. I’ll do another post about those another day.
